Return Policy

SmartUtilityShop accepts returns within 7 days of product delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To request a return, customers must contact our support team with the order number and a valid reason for the return. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in a resalable condition with all original accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or damaged in transit. SmartUtilityShop reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return criteria.
