Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account. Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error. SmartUtilityShop does not offer refunds for items returned beyond the specified return period or for items damaged due to misuse. If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting our support team for assistance.
